
Sauce
Start by spreading the cream cheese all over the puff pastry sheet.
Add parsley to taste covering the cream cheese, the grated parmesan cheese and the smoked bacon slices.
If you like, you can replace the parmesan cheese for any other type of cheese of your choice.
Next, cover everything with another 300g of puff pastry
Then, trim the edges of the pastry with a knife.
This process will help seal the edges.
Now, cut the pastry into 6 equal-sized strips and place each strip into a small glass.
Transfer the glasses to a large baking sheet.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the garlic powder and mix.
Serve the snacks with the sauce we prepared.
