Assembly
In a bowl, add the butter, the sugar and the Vanilla Essence, mix until it combines and the mixture is lightly colored and creamy.
Into a blender, add the cream and the table cream, blend until combined.
Cover the bottom of a glass dish with a thin layer of the cream, then add the corn starch biscuits dipped in milk and add some more cream, repeat this process until you've used up all the cream. Top with a layer of cream, not biscuits.
Cover with plastic wrap or with a lid (if your dish has one), and let it chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
Into a small bowl, add the peanuts and the crushed biscuits mix very well with a spoon and set aside.
Remove the dessert from the fridge after the indicated time and add the dulce de leche on top, spreading well. The amount of dulce de leche is to taste, those who want more, can add more and those who don't, can add less.
Sprinkle the peanut-biscuit mixture on top and serve.
