Sauce
In a bowl, add the ground beef, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, the chopped onion, mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Now, get a portion of this mixture, about a tablespoon, and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the meat.
Next, transfer all these meat balls to a large ovenproof dish and set aside.
In a bowl, add the salt, the black pepper, the turmeric, the Dijon mustard, the heavy cream and mix very well until combined.
Add parsley to taste and mix again.
Now, pour this creamy sauce all over the meat balls in the dish, spreading it well.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
