Sauce
In a large bowl, add the mix of ground chicken and ground beef.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, chili flakes to taste, the chimichurri, the garlic powder and the onion powder.
Add the wheat flour, the olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, take a handful of this mixture, roll it into a ball, then flatten it in your hands to form a burger patty.
Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
Place the burger patty on a plate with crushed corn flakes and press it firmly.
Then, add a slice of provolone cheese, a slice of salami, 2 cubes of mozzarella cheese and close it by coating it in the corn flakes.
Repeat this process with all the burger patties.
Transfer them to an Air Fryer basket and place in the Air Fryer.
Set it to 170° C (340° F) and fry for 20 minutes.
In a mixer, add a sprig of fresh mint, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey and the olive oil.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
