Start by breading the chicken breast fillets seasoned with salt and black pepper.
First coat them in wheat flour, then dip them in beaten eggs and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken we prepared and fry until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the wheat flour and stir until combined.
Then gradually add the milk and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and creamy mixture.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the nutmeg and stir to incorporate.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated cheddar cheese, the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheeses are completely melted.
Serve.
