
Start by placing the strawberries skewered on toothpicks into a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Cover the skillet and let them steam for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the skillet.
Transfer them to a medium bowl and mash everything very well until combined.
Next, strain this entire mixture and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the sugar, the cornstarch, the milk and stir until the cornstarch dissolves.
Turn the heat to medium-low and stir everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even cream.
Add the strawberry mixture we prepared and stir to incorporate.
In a silicone mold, add the ripe kiwis cut into small cubes, the strawberries also cut into small cubes, the green apple cut into cubes and the ripe bananas cut into smaller pieces.
Add the cornstarch cookies and cover everything with the cream we prepared.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
