In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the grated onion and the crushed garlic cloves.
Season everything with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and the thyme.
Mix very well with your hands and shape this mixture into patties.
Repeat this process with all the meat mixture.
In a skillet over medium to low heat, add the water, the salt, stir and bring it to a boil.
Add the beef patties we prepared and let them cook for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove them from the water and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the milk, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix until combined.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
After doing that, dip the patties into this batter we prepared.
Now, in a skillet with hot oil, add the patties and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
