In a blender, add the eggs, the oil, the sugar, the milk, the dry yeast powder, the salt and the Panettone essence, let it all blend very well.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, keep mixing well until the flour incorporates.
Split this batter into 2 equal portions.
To one of them, add the candied fruit, mix and set aside.
To the other portion, add the chocolate chips, mix and set aside.
Pour these batters in 2 ring cake pans greased with plenty of unsalted butter.
Using a spoon wetted with water, evenly spread the batters in the pan.
Top the cakes with some more candied fruit and chocolate chips.
Let them grow for 1 hour.
After this indicated time, take the cakes to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 50 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
