Creamy Vanilla Pudding Dessert with Biscuits

Start by moistening the ladyfinger biscuits and the milk biscuits in some milk at room temperature.In a 24cm by 24cm removable-bottom baking pan, add the ladyfinger biscuits in a row, forming a layer.Then, add the milk biscuits forming another layer.Keep alternating the layers of biscuits until the entire pan is filled then set aside.In a large saucepan, add the vanilla flavored pudding mix, the refined sugar and the milk.Turn on the heat, set it to medium-low and mix everything very well until it is combined and slightly thickened.Add this cream to the baking pan with the biscuits.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this time has passed and the dessert has set, in a large bowl, add the very cold whipping cream, the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.Top the dessert with this whipped cream and spread evenly.Then, add the lemon zest on top of everything,Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 300g of Ladyfinger Biscuits
  • 200g of Milk Biscuits
  • Milk

Cream

  • 90g of Vanilla Flavored Pudding Mix
  • 150g of Refined Sugar
  • 1.5L of Milk

Whipped Cream

  • 300ml of Whipping Cream 
  • 100g of Refined Sugar
  • Zest of 1 Lemon

Start by moistening the ladyfinger biscuits and the milk biscuits in some milk at room temperature.

In a 24cm by 24cm removable-bottom baking pan, add the ladyfinger biscuits in a row, forming a layer. 

Then, add the milk biscuits forming another layer. 

Keep alternating the layers of biscuits until the entire pan is filled then set aside. 

In a large saucepan, add the vanilla flavored pudding mix, the refined sugar and the milk. 

Turn on the heat, set it to medium-low and mix everything very well until it is combined and slightly thickened.

Add this cream to the baking pan with the biscuits. 

Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.

After this time has passed and the dessert has set, in a large bowl, add the very cold whipping cream, the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. 

Top the dessert with this whipped cream and spread evenly.

Then, add the lemon zest on top of everything,
