Get a ready-made sheet of round pastry dough, fill it with one slice of ham cut in half, add the grated mozzarella cheese to taste, one slice of tomato cut in half and oregano to taste.
Fold the pastry dough over the filling and press the edges together using your fingers.
Next, use a fork to better seal the filling in the pastry dough.
Repeat this process by using another sheet of pastry dough and the fillings.
Preheat a sandwich maker, add the Brazilian pastries, close it and leave them toasting for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, check if they are already golden brown. If they’re not, leave them there for a few more minutes.
