Cocoa Bread

In a large skillet over medium to low heat filled with the boiling water, add the cocoa powder and stir until fully dissolved.Add the salt, the sugar, the oil and stir again until combined.Next, add the wheat flour and stir very well until combined.Transfer the dough to a large bowl, spread well and let it cool slightly.In a small bowl, add the warm water, the dry yeast powder, the sugar and mix everything until the yeast fully dissolves.Then, transfer this mixture to the bowl with the dough, add the wheat flour and knead very well until the dough is smooth and uniform.Cover the bowl and let the dough ferment for 40 minutes.After this time has passed, the dough has already fermented.Transfer it to a table and divide it into 10 equal parts.With your hands greased with vegetable oil, shape each one into a ball.Transfer all these balls to a large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and flatten them.Cover them with a cloth and let them rise for another 15 minutes.After this time has passed, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Finish by sprinkling icing sugar to taste all over them.Serve.

  • 25ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 130g of Wheat Flour

  • 80ml of Warm Water
  • 5g of Dry Yeast Powder
  • 20g of Granulated Sugar
  • +200g of Wheat Flour
  • Icing Sugar to Taste
