Start by cutting the bread rolls into thick slices and set them aside.
Into a bowl, add the eggs and whisk them well.
Add the wheat flour and the table cream, mix until combined. Add the grated mozzarella cheese, some parsley to taste and the salt, mix well.
Now add a bread slice into the mixture and spread all over it. Repeat this process with all the bread slices.
Next, into a large skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom, let it heat up and add the bread slices for frying. Let them fry for 2 minutes. After this indicated time, flip them and fry on the other side for another 2 minutes.
Remove excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
