Dough
Start by mashing the butter at room temperature in a large skillet over medium to low heat with the ground beef and sauté everything very well until it turns lightly golden brown.
Add the medium onion cut into small cubes, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the garlic powder and continue sautéing until the meat is well dried.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a large pot, add the potatoes and enough water to cover everything.
Turn on the heat to high and let them cook for 25 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer them to a medium bowl and mash everything very well until it becomes a smooth puree.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the eggs, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until it forms a smooth dough.
Next, take a handful of this dough and flatten it.
Then fill it with mozzarella cheese to taste, one tablespoon of the meat we prepared and close it by shaping it into a cake.
Repeat this process with all the dough and meat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil until it covers the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the cakes and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Serve.
