Into a bowl, add the very hot water and the two packets of raspberry jelly powder, mix it all together very well until jelly powder fully dissolves.
Into a saucepan, pour the hot milk and add the jelly mixture, mix it all together very well until combined.
Add the condensed milk and mix it all again very well.
Finally, add the table cream and mix well.
Now, pour this cream into a larger glass dish, I’m using a 1.8L glass dish.
Cover this glass dish with some plastic wrap, take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
