Start by cutting the puff pastry into a round shape, on top of a sheet of parchment paper.
To do this, use a lid whose diameter is 24 cm.
Then, place a 15 cm diameter pot in the center of this pastry to use as a guide.
Cut the ladyfinger biscuits so that they fit around the rest of the pastry.
Add the condensed milk on top of all the biscuits and set aside.
The, cut the peeled apples into thin strips and transfer them to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the sugar, the cinnamon powder, the juice of half a lemon and stir everything for 5 minutes.
Arrange the apples on top of the biscuits and shape the ends of the pastry using the spaces between the biscuits.
Remove the bowl from the center of the pastry and cut it into strips.
Next, take the ends of these cuts we just made and put them together with the ends of the pastry.
Transfer everything to a baking tray and cut off the excess parchment paper.
Now, brush some milk over everything and add the walnuts cut into smaller pieces.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.

Looks delicious! I’m going to make this for the weekend. Maybe try a little confectionary glaze drizzle.
