In a bowl, start by adding the cooked potatoes and mash them well into a smooth puree consistency.
Next, pass this puree through a sieve, squeezing it well.
Add the salt and the corn starch and knead it into a smooth and uniform dough.
Transfer this dough to a table and roll it into a log shape.
Then split it into 6 equal pieces.
And roll each piece into a thinner log shape.
Cut these logs into smaller pieces and shape each of them into balls, just like shown in the video.
Once you’ve done that, get each of these balls and shape them using the top of a lemon squeezer.
Repeat this process with all the balls and set aside.
In a skillet over medium-low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom, and once this oil is hot enough, add the pieces of dough and fry them for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Soak up the excess oil.
Serve.
