Start by cutting off the ends of a baguette, hollowing it out a bit.
Cut the ham into small dices and set aside.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into small dices and set aside.
Cut the small cucumber and the red pepper into small dices.
Into a bowl, add the ham dices, the mozzarella dices, the cucumber and red pepper dices, add the cream cheese and mix all the ingredients very well.
Now stuff the baguette well.
Wrap it in plastic film and take it to the fridge; let it chill for 3 hours.
Serve.
