Start by cutting the zucchini into round slices, make sure they’re not too thick nor too thin.
After that, transfer these slices to a bowl and add the salt. Mix very well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, place the eggs and the teaspoon of salt, mix very well until combined.
Add the table cream and mix again, add the wheat flour, mix again.
Finally, add the mozzarella cheese, mix for the last time.
Into another bowl, add some wheat flour for breading, get a slice of zucchini and coat it in the flour, spreading well.
Then dip this slice into the mixture we’ve made.
Once you’ve dipped it, put it in the oil to fry on low heat.
Repeat this process with all slices and drain them on paper towels.
Serve.
