Pineapple
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips then into cubes and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the beaten eggs, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and mix everything very well.
When you can no longer mix, add the water and mix everything very well again until smooth.
In a large bowl add all the chicken cubes we cut earlier, the creamy mixture we prepared and mix.
Now, add each chicken cube one by one to a large skillet filled with hot vegetable oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
Remove the chicken cubes from the hot oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Next, cut the slices of pineapple into cubes and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Add the garlic cloves chopped into small pieces, the honey and sauté until the garlic is lightly golden brown.
Add the pineapple cubes we cut earlier, the barbecue sauce, the hot sauce, the tomato sauce, the soy sauce, the chicken seasoning and sauté everything very well for 5 minutes.
Now, add the chicken that we prepared and mix everything very well to combine.
Serve.
