
Eggs
Start by adding the mustard to a pie dish lined with the puff pastry pricked with a fork and spread it well.
Also add the medium caramelized onion sliced into strips and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the shredded canned tuna.
Season with the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix to combine.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs and the heavy cream.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the dried parsley and mix everything well until fully combined.
After doing that, transfer all the tuna mixture we prepared to the pie dish and spread it.
Add sliced olives to taste, the egg mixture and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
