
Syrup
Start by placing the caramel into a medium baking dish placed over some ice cubes and spread it evenly.
Add the vanilla-flavored wafer cookies covering all the caramel and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the refined sugar, the heavy cream and beat until it reaches stiff peaks.
Add the condensed milk, the powdered milk and beat again until combined.
Finally, add the strawberries cut into small cubes and mix to incorporate.
Then transfer this cream to the baking dish with the cookies and spread it evenly,
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes.
In a mixer, add the strawberries, the orange juice and blend everything very well until combined.
Transfer it to a pan over medium heat, dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the pan and stir everything very well until it thickens slightly.
Pour this mixture over the dessert in the baking dish.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
