Tortilla Stuffed with Egg and Cheese

Start by placing the egg yolks into the tortillas folded into cup shapes.Next, to each one, add 2 teaspoons of heavy cream.Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix everything together very well until combined.Add tomatoes to taste cut into small cubes, spinach leaves to taste, the grated mozzarella cheese, divided between them and transfer everything to a baking tray.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the onion powder, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder and mix everything very well until combined.Serve.

  • 3 Wheat Tortillas
