The Best Farofa I've Ever Had!

Fry the bacon and the sausage until brown, add the butter or margarine and stir until melted, mixing the sausage and the bacon very well. Add the onion and salt to taste - don’t add too much salt, because the bacon and the sausage are already salty, stir until the onion turns slightly golden brown. Add the garlic and mix well again.Add the green, red and yellow peppers, olives to taste, the peas, the corn, raisins to taste and mix all of it very well for 2 minutes. Add the ready-made manioc flour and mix it all together very well again.Turn off the heat and add parsley to taste.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Cup of Bacon 
  • 1 Unit of Smoked Sausage
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
  • ½ Medium Diced Onion 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olives
  • ½ Can of Sweet Corn
  • ½ Can of Peas
  • Raisin to Taste
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 4 Cups of Roasted Manioc Flour (200ml cup)
  • Parsley to Taste
