Start by cutting the red onions in half then into half-moons.
Transfer them to a medium bowl and add enough water to cover all of them.
Add the salt and mix using your hands.
Then, remove the onions from the water and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the eggs, the grated potato, the wheat flour, the breadcrumbs and some parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the granulated garlic and mix.
In a skillet over medium heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add portions of the mixture we prepared, shaping them into flat fritters, and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Serve.
