Cherry and Passion Fruit Dessert

Start by adding the cherries with stems into an ice cube tray then fill it with water.Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze completely.In a medium bowl, add the cherry-flavored gelatin, the very hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.Add the cherry ice cubes we prepared and stir until they have all melted, then set aside.In a medium bowl, add the passion fruit-flavored gelatin, the hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.Add the heavy cream, stir and set aside.Now, take the cherry mixture we set aside earlier and pour it into 6 small plastic cups.Then, add 2 of the frozen cherries to each cup.Place them in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.After this time has passed, pour the passion fruit mixture we prepared into the cups, filling them completely.Place them back in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.To finish, add one teaspoon of cherry jam to each cup.Serve.

  • 40g of Passion Fruit-Flavored Gelatin
  • 150ml of Hot Water
  • 400g of Heavy Cream
  • 6 Plastic Cups
  • 6 Teaspoons of Cherry Jam

In a medium bowl, add the cherry-flavored gelatin, the very hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add the cherry ice cubes we prepared and stir until they have all melted, then set aside. 

In a medium bowl, add the passion fruit-flavored gelatin, the hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add the heavy cream, stir and set aside. 

Now, take the cherry mixture we set aside earlier and pour it into 6 small plastic cups.

Then, add 2 of the frozen cherries to each cup. 

Place them in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.

After this time has passed, pour the passion fruit mixture we prepared into the cups, filling them completely. 

Place them back in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.

To finish, add one teaspoon of cherry jam to each cup.

Serve.
