Start by adding the mustard to the hot dog sausages cut into smaller pieces and mix to incorporate.
Season with the garlic powder, the sweet paprika and transfer to a large baking tray.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the honey, the ketchup, the hot sauce, the apple cider vinegar, the soy sauce and stir everything very well until fully combined.
Once the sausages have baked, transfer them to another baking tray.
Add the brown sugar and the sauce we prepared.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
To assemble a sandwich, on a hot dog bun, add the sausage we prepared, the sweet corn, the lettuce, the shoestring potatoes and finish with mayonnaise to taste.
Serve.
