
Start by inserting the cubed butter into the pork sausage using the wooden sticks.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sausage with the butter and fry until the butter has completely melted.
Remove the sticks, turn the sausage, fry it until golden brown, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add one slice of mortadella, one slice of mozzarella cheese, one slice of cheddar cheese, another slice of mozzarella cheese and fry until the cheese has completely melted.
Repeat this process 2 more times.
Add the slices of bacon and fry them until golden brown.
Finally, add the eggs and fry for 1 minute on each side.
Now toast the Italian bread and spread butter to taste.
Place it in a hot skillet over medium heat and press until toasted.
To assemble the sandwich, spread cream cheese to taste on the base of the bread.
Add lettuce to taste, red onion slices to taste, the tomato slices, sliced pickled cucumbers to taste, the mortadella with the cheeses, the bacon slices, the fried sausage, the eggs and close with the top half of the toasted bread.
Serve.
