In a large slow cooker set to maximum power, add the corn flakes, the mini marshmallows, the milk chocolate chips and the vanilla extract.
Cover the cooker and let everything cook for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is fully melted.
Next, mix everything very well, cover the cooker again and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, mix once more.
Now, using an ice cream scoop, take a scoop of this mixture and place it into a cupcake pan.
Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture.
Sprinkle the crushed milk biscuits to taste over all of them.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 10 minutes.
Next, transfer to a nice serving plate, add chocolate syrup to taste and mini marshmallows to taste.
Serve.
