Potatoes
Start by chopping the cabbage into squares and the onion into small cubes.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of vegetable oil.
Add the onion, the crushed garlic cloves and stir until golden brown.
Next, add the ground beef and stir until all the meat juices have evaporated.
Season with the salt, one pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri, one pinch of nutmeg, the tomato paste, and stir until incorporated.
Add the chopped cabbage, the water and stir.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, add the potatoes chopped into cubes, add enough hot water to cover them and add the salt.
Turn the heat to high, cover the saucepan and let the potatoes boil for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, transfer the potatoes to a plate and add parsley to taste,
Add the meat and the cabbage we prepared.
Serve.
