Start by cutting the ribs into smaller slices and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the wheat flour and mix well to fully bread them.
Now, in a skillet, add enough oil to cover the bottom, add the pieces of ribs, fry them until both sides are golden brown and remove them from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the onion chopped into thin strips and fry until slightly golden brown.
Put all the meat over the onion strips, season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri and the chili flakes, stir well.
Now, add the root beer, the tomato sauce, the barbecue sauce, the water and the minced garlic cloves, stir well, cover the skillet and let it all cook for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes in half then in half again.
Cook the potatoes until tender.
Serve the ribs with the potatoes.
