Homemade Toasted Breadcrumbs

Fill a large skillet over medium heat with enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom and let it heat up.Add the lettuce leaves, pour the beaten eggs over the top and let everything fry for 3 minutes.Then flip it and fry on the other side for another 3 minutes.After this time has passed, cut the omelet into smaller pieces and give it a good mix.Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the sausage, the smoked bacon, diced and already fried.Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix to combine.Add the butter, the breadcrumbs and mix everything again.To finish, add parsley to taste and mix once more.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 2 Lettuce Leaves

  • 6 Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 100g of Smoked Sausage
  • 100g of Smoked Bacon, Fried and Diced
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley to Taste

Add the lettuce leaves, pour the beaten eggs over the top and let everything fry for 3 minutes. 

Then flip it and fry on the other side for another 3 minutes.
