
Colored Chocolate
Start by brushing melted colored chocolates into a silicone mold, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 5 minutes.
In a medium baking dish, add the milk chocolate bars, enough hot water to cover everything and stir until completely melted.
Then remove the bars from the water and add them to the mold with the chocolate we brushed.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 10 more minutes
In a medium bowl, add the toasted shredded coconut, the pistachio cream and mix everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Add this mixture to the mold with the chocolate and spread it evenly.
Then, add another bar of melted chocolate and spread it to cover everything.
Finally, sprinkle ground pistachios to taste on top of everything.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for 15 more minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the chocolate from the mold and cut it into smaller pieces.
Now I'll show you how I prepared the colored chocolates.
In a small bowl, add the white chocolate.
Next, place it in the microwave on high power and heat it in 30-second intervals, always stirring between each break until the chocolate is completely melted.
Then transfer it into 3 smaller bowls, dividing it into equal amounts.
And in each bowl, add 10 drops of the liquid food coloring.
You can choose any color you like, then mix everything very well until smooth and well-combined.
Serve.
