Ganache
Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the milk powder and fully dissolve it in the condensed milk. Add the table cream and mix it all together very well. Add the butter and turn the heat on medium power, stir until it thickens.
Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and microwave them in 30-second intervals until melted. Add the table cream and mix well into a ganache.
Place the grapes in a glass dish, pour the cream over them and spread evenly. Top with the ganache. Spread.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Top with chocolate shavings to taste.
