Potato and Cheese Stuffed Puff Pastry

Start by making markings on the sheet of pastry using a small bowl and cut them out using a pastry cutter.Then, transfer one of these pieces of pastry to a small bowl.Then, cover it with another small bowl and repeat this process, always alternating between pieces of pastry and bowls.After doing that, let the pieces of pastry rest for 30 minutes.Now, cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer them to a large bowl.Add the olives chopped into smaller pieces, the corn, the grated mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, mix everything very well and set aside.After the resting time for the pieces of pastry has passed, transfer them to a large baking sheet.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.After the pieces of pastry have baked, add one tablespoon of the filling we prepared to each pastry basket.Add the grated mozzarella cheese and the cherry tomatoes into each basket.Place them back in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.Serve.

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 100g of Olives

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 200g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes
