Sautéed Vegetables
Start by adding the Coca Cola to the cooked pasta and set it aside.
In a medium bowl, add the chicken breast cut into strips.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything to incorporate.
Add the cornstarch and mix.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken we seasoned and fry until golden brown.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion cut into strips, the garlic cloves chopped into small cubes and sauté until the onion softens slightly.
Add the cabbage finely chopped into strips, the bell peppers cut into strips, the carrot cut into smaller pieces and sauté all the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the soy sauce and stir to combine.
Then, dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the skillet and stir until combined.
Add the Coca Cola pasta, the chicken we prepared earlier and stir everything until combined.
Serve.
