Potato Seasoning
Start by making some slits on the chicken drumsticks and set them aside.
Into a bowl, add the tomato paste and the olive oil, mix very well until combined.
Now, add the salt, the mixed spices, the sweet paprika and the oregano. Also add the water and mix well. Add the crushed garlic clove and mix again.
Pour all the sauce over the chicken, mixing well so that it aggregates into the chicken. Set aside and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Get the potatoes and cut them in half, then cut these halves into 3 equal-sized strips.
Repeat this process with all the potatoes.
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, season them with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika and olive oil, mix well and set them aside.
Into a baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it evenly all over the bottom. Add the chicken drumsticks, spreading them over the baking sheet. Do the same with the potatoes.
Chop the tomato into wedges and spread them over the baking sheet.
Finally, brush the rest of the sauce left in the bowl over the drumsticks.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
