Chicken Wings with Soy Sauce and Honey

In a large skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding the butter and stir until completely melted.Add the peeled garlic and stir very well for 3 minutes.Transfer everything to a Mason jar and, using a hand blender, grind everything very well.If you prefer, you can also do this process in a blender.Next, add the chicken wings, seal the jar and let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.In a small bowl, add the ketchup, the pickled mustard seeds, the honey, the juice of one lime, the soy sauce and mix everything very well until combined.Once the chicken wings have marinated for the required time, transfer all of them to a large skillet over medium to low heat.Season them with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of sweet paprika and sauté everything well until it’s lightly browned.Next, add the sauce we prepared and stir to combine.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.Serve.

  • 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Pickled Mustard Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 50ml of Soy Sauce

Seasoning for the Wings

  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Sweet Paprika
