Into a bowl, add the chicken wings, then add the baking soda and water to cover all the chicken. Mix well with a spoon, after that, drain all the water.
Into a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and the sugar, mix well until it slightly caramelizes. Add the chicken wings and, with a spatula, evenly arrange them in the skillet. Fry each side for 1 minute.
Add the salt, the garlic, onion and dried parsley powder mix, the chimichurri and the sweet paprika, mix it all together very well for 1 minute.
Add 200ml of water and the soy sauce, mix very well, cook for 20 minutes, until the water dries up.
Using kitchen tongs, take them out of the skillet and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve.
