Second Sandwich Option
Start by spreading one teaspoon of unsalted butter on the slices of bread.
In a skillet, add the tablespoon of unsalted butter and spread it well with a brush.
Add the egg and let it fry until the egg white is no longer translucent.
When that happens, top the egg with one slice of bread and let it all fry for 1 minute.
Flip the bread and fold the overlapping edges of the egg onto the bread.
Add the ham, the slices of cheese and the ketchup, top it all with the other slice of bread with the buttered side up.
Flip the sandwich and let it fry on the other side until golden brown.
Serve.
For the second quick sandwich option, fry the egg until the egg white is no longer translucent.
Add one pinch of salt and place a slice of buttered bread over the egg, let it all fry for 1 minute.
Next, flip the bread, add black pepper, ketchup, the ham, the cheese, the lettuce leaves and the round slices of tomato, top it all with another slice of bread, flip the sandwich and let it fry for another minute.
Serve.
