
Start by placing the peeled, sliced frozen kiwis into a mixer and also add the frozen banana slices.
Add the honey and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over everything.
Cover the mixer and blend everything very well until combined.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar, the kiwis cut into smaller pieces, the juice of one lemon, the water and stir everything very well until it starts to boil.
Remove from the skillet and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
After the ice cream has frozen, cut 3 kiwis into rounds and slice 1 ripe banana into thin rounds.
Serve it in a beautiful glass.
