Chicken and Potato Taco

Start by adding the potato chips into a mixer and crush them until they turn into crumbs.Next, in the mixer, add the chicken breast strips and process until everything is finely ground.Then spread all this ground chicken evenly over the wheat tortillas.Season the chicken with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and brush a beaten egg over everything.Next, coat the tortillas with the potato crumbs we prepared earlier, making sure to press them down.Transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Take it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 20 minutes.In a mixer, add the parmesan cheese, the cold milk, the vegetable oil, the white vinegar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and process everything very well until combined.Then, chop the head of lettuce into thin strips.After the tortillas have baked, let’s assemble the recipe.Place them on a taco stand, then add the chopped lettuce and finish by adding the sauce we prepared earlier.Serve.
