
Dough
Start by adding the red onions sliced into rings on top of the pizza dough.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and close the dough.
Then, transfer it to a large baking tray dusted with wheat flour and make an X-shaped cut on top of the dough.
Next, open the ends outward, add the grated parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil and oregano to taste.
Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
To prepare the pizza dough we used, in a large bowl, add the dry yeast powder, the wheat flour, the salt and mix.
Add the water and continue mixing.
When you can no longer mix with a spoon, knead it with your hands for 15 minutes.
Cover the bowl, place it in the refrigerator, and let it rest for 24 hours.
After this time has passed, knead the dough for another 10 minutes.
Cover it again, return it to the refrigerator and let it rest for another 10 hours.
Serve.
