Breaded Stuffed Salmon

Start by adding one egg yolk to a salmon fillet cut open and spread it well.Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese in the center of the salmon and close it.Next, add +1 egg yolk on top of the salmon and spread it evenly.Add +1 slice of cheddar cheese and +1 slice of mozzarella cheese.Then, bread this salmon. First coat it in the wheat flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs and coat it in the panko breadcrumbs.Transfer it to a large baking tray and spray olive oil to taste over everything.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.Add the wheat flour and stir until combined.Then, gradually add the milk and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the nutmeg and stir to incorporate.Add the grated cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.After the salmon has baked, top it with the sauce we prepared.Serve.

  • 50g of Unsalted Butter
  • 50g of Wheat Flour
  • 700ml of Milk
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 150g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
