Start by cutting the okra, remove the tips and cut into smaller pieces, diagonally.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, mix and set aside.
In a medium dish, add the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the sweet paprika, the oregano, the chimichurri and mix everything very well.
Add all the pieces of okra we prepared earlier and mix well to coat them in the flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the breaded okra and fry until golden brown.
Remove from the hot oil and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
