Croissant Filled with Chocolate Cream

In a medium-sized saucepan, add the hot heavy cream, the croissant and mash them well with a fork.Cover the saucepan and let the mixture soak for about 5 minutes.After this time has passed, blend everything with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and well combined.If you prefer, you can do this process using a blender.Next, transfer the mixture to a medium bowl by passing it through a sieve.Add the white chocolate and microwave on high power for 40 seconds.After that, blend again with the hand mixer until nice and smooth.Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this time has passed, transfer the cream to a piping bag.Now, let’s fill a croissant with this delicious cream.Cut the croissant in half and add dulce de leche to taste using a piping bag.Next, add the cream we prepared using the same method and close the croissant.Serve.

  • 160g of White Chocolate
  • +1 Croissant
  • Dulce de Leche to Taste
