Potatoes
Start by wrapping a corn cob with three slices of bacon and place it on a large baking sheet.
Repeat this process with 7 corn cobs.
The baking sheet we used here has a 3.6 L capacity.
Then, on top of each corn, add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a large saucepan, add the medium potatoes cut into smaller piece and enough water to cover everything.
Add the salt, turn the heat on high and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water from the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the butter and mash everything until you get a smooth puree.
Then, add a pinch of salt, the heavy cream, the grated parmesan cheese and mix everything very well to combine.
After the corn has roasted, finish by topping all of them with a drizzle of honey and spread it with a brush.
Serve it with the puree we prepared and a portion of rice.
