Pasta
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the tomato paste, the crushed garlic cloves, the beaten eggs, parsley to taste and the breadcrumbs.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper and mix everything well until fully combined.
Next, take a handful of this mixture in your hands and flatten it well.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese right in the middle, close it and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process with the entire meat mixture.
Next, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the meatballs we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the grated parmesan cheese, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the pre-cooked pasta and mix to combine.
Next, on a plastic baking sheet, add a bit of the pasta we prepared.
Add one meatball, tomato to taste chopped into small cubes, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese to taste.
Now close the plastic sheet by wrapping all the ingredients and tie it with a piece of string.
Repeat this process with all the meat and pasta.
Once you've done that, transfer everything to a baking tray.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for twenty-five minutes.
Serve.
