Potato and Onion Omelet

Start by cutting the onion into strips. Then cut the potatoes into thin halfmoon slices and set aside.In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom. And once this oil is hot enough, add the potatoes and fry them until slightly golden brown.Next, add the onion strips and fry all the ingredients until golden brown. Remove them from the hot oil and soak up the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.In a large bowl, add the eggs, one pinch of black pepper, the salt and mix combined.Add the potatoes with the onion strips and mix well once again.Once you’ve done that, in a large skillet, add one drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it with a brush.Pour in the egg mixture we made, spread it evenly in the skillet, cover it and let it all fry for 5 minutes. Then flip the omelet, cover the skillet again and let it fry for another 3 minutes.Serve.

Add the potatoes with the onion strips and mix well once again. 

Once you’ve done that, in a large skillet, add one drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it with a brush.

Pour in the egg mixture we made, spread it evenly in the skillet, cover it and let it all fry for 5 minutes. Then flip the omelet, cover the skillet again and let it fry for another 3 minutes.

Serve.
