Start by placing 2 egg yolks into an ice cream cone.
Repeat this process with 3 more ice cream cones.
Then top each one with a ball of seasoned ground beef.
Transfer to a plate and coat with the egg yolks.
Next, crush the ice cream cones and coat the balls in these crumbs.
Transfer to a large baking sheet lined with nonstick paper and mash with a potato masher.
Then, to make a filling, add the grated mozzarella cheese, dividing it among them and oregano to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
To season the meat we used, in a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Serve.
