
French Fries
In a medium bowl, add the eggs and the milk.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and whisk everything very well until fully combined.
In another medium bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
Now, coat 2 bread slices together by first dipping them in the beaten eggs and then coat them in the panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the slices of bread and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the heat and set them aside.
In a large bowl, add the potato sticks, enough cold water to cover everything, the salt and mix everything very well.
Then, drain all this water and transfer the potato sticks to another large bowl.
Add the wheat flour, the salt, a pinch of chili flakes and mix everything very well to combine.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the potatoes and fry them until golden brown.
Then cut off the top of the fried bread and fill it with mayonnaise to taste.
Also fill it with the fries and spread ketchup to taste over everything.
Serve.
